Darren's gained employment supported by his Shared Lives carers

Darren’s supported by his Shared Lives carers in Norfolk. They empower him all the way to be who he wants to be and do what he wants to do. Darren was so excited to start his new job at Onward Enterprises at The Parlour, a café which offers employment opportunities to adults with learning disabilities, people on the autism spectrum and people with enduring mental health challenges, recently.

He’s learning lots of new skills, growing in confidence and also getting a chance to sample some of their delicious sweet and savoury treats – what could be better?
