Jack’s Shared Lives carer supports him to seize every day and to be his confident, fun-loving self.
Jack is supported during the day by Shared Days and Shared Lives:Short Breaks on respite. This gives his full-time carers a chance to recharge batteries and him a change of scenery. His carer likes to take him to places where he can really unleash his wild side – the theme park, the karaoke club, adventure holidays.
Jack’s also got to make friends with other people who live with and stay with his carer. His carer loves spending her days outside of the office and out there in the community.
